Parker and Kendra's Baptism - June 30, 2012

Saturday - June 30, 2012
Parker and Kendra got baptized today.  We decided that it would be easier to do the baptisms together since they would be on the same day in two different locations if we didn't.  Since pretty much all of our family lives closer to Kristy, we decided to do the baptism at their church.  Plus I was a little worried about having a repeat of Alissa's baptism where very few people came from Roger's side of the family and nobody came from my side of the family.  I was worried about having to feel that hurt again.  I know it was a happy day, but it felt really bad that nobody in my family came.  Anyway.... enough of that.  This worked out well and everybody came, except for my sister Kelly, who lives in California, so that was expected.
Parker is so handsome and so grown up.  It is ridiculous how fast he is growing.  I'm so happy for him to be able to get baptized today.  And it was really fun that Kendra also got to be baptized.

After the baptism, we all headed over to the VanBibber's house for a potluck.  It was very nice of them to plan a get together for after the baptism.  The kids had fun with their cousins.

When everybody left, we stayed to visit for a little longer.  Cindy loves YouTube.  We spent most of the time watching her favorite YouTube videos.

Roger's Hockey Game - June 21, 2012

We love coming to watch Roger play hockey.  The only bummer is that most of his games are too late at night or on a night that he works, so we don't get to come and see him play very often.  When the games are on a work night, Roger goes to work, but takes a few hours off during his shift, to go to the game then come back.

Montana trip - June 8-12, 2012

Roger couldn't get enough time off work to come this year, so the kids and I bummed a ride with Linda and her kids.
