Brinley's First Toast - March 28, 2006

Tuesday - March 28th
Brinley had some toast today for the first time.  I recorded a video of her eating it.  She is too cute!

Alissa is so excited to be able to start using the computer.  We have a Jumpstart game that is easy for her to use.  She loves it.

Eating Cereal - March 27, 2006

Monday - March 27th
I just can't get enough of my cute children.  They look so cute no matter what they are doing.  I took some pictures of Parker and Alissa eating their cereal this morning.

The many faces of Brinley Moser.
I really want to get a good picture of all of the kids sitting together.  I take every opportunity that I get to try and take a picture of them all sitting together.  Brinley can't sit up well by herself yet, so I sit her up on the couch by Parker and Alissa while their watching TV, then I try to snap a picture really quick before Parker runs away.  I'm determined that one day I will get a good picture of all three of them sitting next to each other on the couch.

Sleeping Beauty - March 25, 2006

Saturday - March 26th
There is nothing so precious as a sleeping baby.
It would be glorious if we could all take a nap at the same time each day.  Sleep sounds like such a wonderful thing.  I definitely do not get enough of it.

Cute Kids - March 20, 2006

Monday - March 20th
The kids all love to take turns helping to feed Brinley.  It makes them feel so big.  I think Brinley likes it too.  She smiles and laughs at them as they feed her.  Shayden is here again today.  We love babysitting Shayden.

 My handsome little guy, Parker.

 Pretty little baby girl, Brinley.

Shayden wanted to play a song for me.  She flipped through the pages of the primary song book and said, "I'm going to play the flower one."  Then she played the piano for us.  I thought it was funny, because she looked serious and like, in her mind, she was actually playing a beautiful song.  Parker quit playing on the piano when she stated playing her song and he clapped for her.  I love these kids!  They are so much fun to be around.  I'm so lucky to get to take care of them and watch them learn and grow.  Here is the video of Shayden playing the piano.
Alissa is doing really well with her potty training.  I'm so happy to have one less child in a diaper.  It is so nice!  We all ran up to the bathroom with Alissa when she said she needed to go.  Pretty much, the kids follow me where ever I go in the house.  So, whatever room I'm in, is the room they will come and play in.  It's funny hoe they can find fun things to entertain them in each room of the house.

Eating French Toast - January 31, 2006

Tuesday - January 31, 2006
Parker is too cute!  I don't remember a lot from this day, but I remember thinking how cute and funny Parker was being while he ate his food.  I think this is the day he discovered the stool I had in the kitchen.  So he is standing on the stool while eating, something he had never done before.
This is in 2006, so Parker is 1 1/2 years old and Alissa is 3 years old.  My little baby Brinley must have been sleeping when these were taken.  She would have been 3 months old.
Awwww!  They love each other!  So cute!

Alissa's Ouchy - March 22, 2005

Tuesday - March 22nd
We babysat Shayden today.  Alissa and Shayden were upstairs playing in her bedroom.  Alissa climbed up on the rocking chair and tried to jump off of it.  Since the chair rocks, it took her feet back when she tried to jump and she ended up falling face first into the crib.  Here are the pictures I took of her ouchy.  Then I took some pictures of Parker and Shayden.

I'm Pregnant! - March 6, 2005

Sunday - March 6th
Surprise!!!  I'm Pregnant!!  I'm in the 7th week of my pregnancy.  We found out last week.  I'm so happy and excited!

About 2 weeks ago, we all got sick.  I was really sick and Roger was too.  Roger's mom came and took care of us.  Alissa and Parker had colds, Roger was throwing up, and I had a fever, sore throat, stuffy nose, and headache.  It was miserable.

I sang in Relief Society on Wednesday night.  I had been practicing my song for one and a half months.  I was so afraid that I wouldn't get my voice back in time, but I did.  My voice was a little bit deeper, because I was still congested, but I think I did okay anyway.

The first day that I was sick, I noticed that Parker didn't seem like he was getting enough to eat.  I kept nursing him, but he still didn't seem satisfied.  I was so sick that I had a hard time getting up to fix and food.  Alissa fed herself.  She ate pickles and marshmallows mateys cereal.  She shared with Parker, so I didn't feel too bad.  I knew they were at least getting some food.  When Roger got home, he thought that Parker was acting hungry.  He also thought that Parker wasn't getting enough to eat.  I figured that maybe because I was sick, my milk didn't taste the same or I wasn't producing enough.  So, we offered Parker a bottle and he loved it.  He drank it so fast.  We knew that he hadn't been getting enough food from me.  We just figured that it was because of the sickness that I wasn't producing enough milk.  So, basically, Parker stopped nursing that week.
When I started feeling better, I took a pregnancy test and it was positive.  Roger and I were very surprised.  We thought that I couldn't get pregnant while I was nursing.

I'm really excited to have another child!  I'm just not excited about being pregnant.  I don't love the way my body feels when I'm pregnant.  I really hope my body can handle another C-section so soon.  Parker and this next child will be a year and 5 months apart in age.  I'm glad that they are close in age.  They will have a lot of fun growing up together.  I had a little vision when I found out I was pregnant.  I was rocking in the rocking chair with Parker and letting the fact that I'm pregnant soak in.  And in my mind, I saw a little girl and she could not wait to come to earth.  So, I really think that this one is a girl.  I can hardly wait to find out.  I'm so excited to have a new addition to our family!  The due date is October 21, 2005 (my birthday!).  My first doctors appointment is on Wednesday.  I feel nauseated a lot.  I don't love morning sickness.
