Tremonton City Days - July 25, 2015

Saturday - July 25th
This morning we went to the Bothwell park for a Pioneer Day celebration.

Parker's friend, Simon came with us to Tremonton City Days this year.  We love Tremonton City Days.  We wish we had more money to spend on fun things there.  We each had $2.00 to spend.  All of us bought cotton candy, except for Alissa.  She saved her money so she could go on the little spinney ride.

We stayed around for the contests then left with the plan to come back to watch the hypnotist show at 6:00pm.  When that time came, we were all too tired, so we decided to skip it this year.

We went to Jeanne Steven's Park at 10:00pm to watch the fireworks.

That was fun.  I'm glad we got to watch some fireworks this year.  We didn't get to see any on the 4th of July and we didn't see any yesterday for Pioneer Day, since Roger had to work.  Alissa got to see some fireworks last night.  Her friend, Sydney invited her to go to a Real Soccer game with a big firework display at the end.  Alissa loved it!  She said she had so much fun an her new favorite sport is soccer.

Swimming and Decorating Cookies - July 16, 2015

Thursday - July 16th

Brinley's friend, Mikenna came over for a little while today.  She invited her over to swim, but they were only in the pool for a very short amount of time.  They mostly wanted to play inside with the dolls and the dress up clothes.  Alissa's friend, Erin came over for a little while too.  They spent the majority of their time playing Minecraft with Parker.

After friends left, we relaxed and decorated the cookies that didn't get decorated yesterday.

Decorating Cookies - July 15, 2015

Wednesday - July 15th

Onnika came to hang out with Brinley again.  One of her favorite things when she comes is to decorate sugar cookies, so we decided to do that again.  They had a lot of fun decorating the cookies.  Heather came over to watch our show tonight.  So, I left all the decorating for the kids to enjoy while we watched our show.  It was fun, but stressful.

Bear Lake - July 14, 2015

Tuesday - July 14th

We finally made it to Bear Lake this year.  I can't believe it took us so long to get here.  We love playing at Bear Lake.  It was a good day.  We had a lot of fun.

Before we left, we stopped to get some raspberry milkshakes.  They were so yummy!  I think we need to make that a tradition and get them every time we go to Bear Lake.

Walking and Playing on the Playground - July 11, 2015

Saturday - July 11th

Alissa and I are trying to start a routine where we go walking in the morning.  We haven't been wonderful at it.  Erin wants to do it also, and it is easier for her if we go and walk around her neighborhood.  This Morning, Brinley and Parker came along with us.  We decided to walk around the sidewalk at North Park Elementary.  That way, if anybody got bored with it, they could play on the playground.

We walked for a little bit, then spent time playing on the playground.  The playground was much more fun than the waking.  It was a nice morning and it felt really good outside.

We set up the pool so we could play outside some more today.
