Saturday - June 27th
Anastasia came today. She is going to come with us on our Montana trip. We are planning to leave tomorrow, but Roger is feeling sick. It is such a bummer! He started to feel a sickness coming on on Thursday night. It got worse as the night went on. He could tell he has strep throat. He gets it at least once a year and it comes on fast as is usually really bad. On Friday morning, I called to get him in to see Dr. Wilding as soon as he possibly could. Dr. Wilding said it was strep. He gave him a good heavy duty antibiotic to get him feeling better as quickly as possible. He told Roger, that he qualifies to have his tonsils taken out. Roger really wants to do that. He is so sick of dealing with strep throat. We will schedule that when Roger is feeling better.
Roger is still feeling pretty yucky. He's thinking maybe he needs one more day at home to recover before we head to Montana.
The kids had fun with Anastasia here. Simon came over to play for a while too. They played lots of Minecraft and then played out in the pools. It was a fun day for them.
