Monday - August 10th
Roger has been needing to go visit his friend Dan. They had a new baby and Roger hasn't been there to meet their new little girl. Roger has been working a lot of overtime to build up our money in savings and help us get a house, so we haven't really had any time to do anything. Since Roger was going to go to Salt Lake and I needed to pick up some things from Kristy's house, I had him take us with him and the kids and I stayed the weekend at Kristy's house. She was able to get work off, so she would be home the whole time we were there. The kids had a lot of fun playing with their cousins. They have been playing online together, but they haven't seen each other in a while, so it was a lot of fun. They all got along really well.
We jumped on the trampoline, played basketball, did our nails, and went to the splash pad. It was a fun weekend. We slept out on the trampoline our first night there. It was kind of hard to sleep, so the next night, we slept in the living room on the floor. Kristy rented the movie, 'Home'. It is such a cute movie. We loved it!
They got their hamster out for a little while when we were there. The kids thought it was so fun to watch it run around.
