Valentine's Box - February 10, 2016

Wednesday - February 10th
The kids don't have school on Friday or Monday.  They are looking forward to their long weekend.  They are having their Valentine's Day parties in their classes tomorrow.  Alissa and Parker made Valentine boxes at school, but Brinley's class voted to make them at home.  We found an idea online, to make it look like you were putting the treats in Brinley's mouth.  So, I had her pose with her mouth open.  Neither of these pictures turned out really flattering and I noticed I had taken a good picture back in November that would probably work, so we used that instead.

Brinley and Parker got tired before we finished making their Valentines.  Alissa and I ended up staying up until 1 in the morning getting everything finished.  I had to finish putting Brinley's box together, then we had to put their Valentine's treats together.  I printed up mazes.  We rolled the up and wrapped them with a ribbon, candy, and a note that said, "You are Amazing".  Putting it all together was very time consuming.  Because we were making them for all of the kids' classes, we made 90 of them.  It was a lot of work and a long night.
